What does it cost?

This year we will venture to a new location away from the hustle and bustle of Bali life, retreating into the tropical jungle just 10min out of Ubud central. This brand new venue is more intimate (we have the whole place to ourselves!) and quiet with less available rooms onsite so book in early to avoid disappointment! Each room is able to be a single or shared room and there are 7 rooms in total. Offsite accommodation about 5min up the road is also available.

Terms

$399 deposit required to confirm your reservation (refundable till April 17th 2025).
Full balance due May 17th 2025 (payment plans available).

Cancellation

If cancellation occurs 4 or more months before departure (up until April 17th 2025) trip funds will be refunded in full. Any cancellation within 3-4 months of the trip departure (April 18th – May 17th) will result in a total loss of your $399 AUD deposit. Any cancellation received in writing from 2-3 months (May 18th to June 17th) will result in in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation between 2 months prior and the trip departure (June 17th to August 17th) will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full). We reserve the right to determine if you are not a good fit for this trip (if we do so your deposit will be refunded in full). Should the exchange rate vary more than 5%, price is subject to change. Travel insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans.

Shared Rooms

Please note you have until May 17th to confirm your roommate allocation. We will do our best to match single travelers hoping to share, but if you are unable to find a companion by May 17th 2025 you will be responsible for paying the single supplement of $800 AUD.
