What does it cost?

This year we will venture to a new location away from the hustle and bustle of Bali life, retreating into the tropical jungle just 10min out of Ubud central. This brand new venue is more intimate (we have the whole place to ourselves!) and quiet with less available rooms onsite so book in early to avoid disappointment! Each room is able to be a single or shared room and there are 7 rooms in total. Offsite accommodation about 5min up the road is also available.

Terms

$399 deposit required to confirm your reservation (refundable till March 7th 2024).
Full balance due April 7th 2024 (payment plans available for bookings prior to April).

Cancellation

Any cancellation received in writing within 90 days of the trip (up until April 7th) will result in in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation between 60 days and the trip departure (May 7th to April 7th) will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full). We reserve the right to determine if you are not a good fit for this trip (if we do so your deposit will be refunded in full). Should the exchange rate vary more than 5%, price is subject to change. Travel insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Insurance with Flight Centre online and choose from several policy options.

Shared Rooms

Please note you have until April 7th to confirm your roommate allocation. We will do our best to match single travelers hoping to share, but if you are unable to find a companion by April 7th 2024 you will be responsible for paying the single supplement of $851.00 AUD.
