We’re so excited to announce our first ever 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at Asha Yoga – a unique opportunity to train with a supportive, community-focused studio. This inaugural intake is being offered at a special discounted rate to celebrate this milestone.
By the end of the program, you’ll be:

Course Dates & Times
The course is delivered through four immersive weekend intensives plus ongoing classes, home practice, and online learning.
Weekend Intensives (100hrs contact time)

Weekend Hours
Fridays: 6:00pm – 9:00pm
Saturdays: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Sundays: 8:00am – 4:00pm

- Unlimited Asha Yoga membership for the duration of your training
- Requirement of 3 classes per week (at least 2 in-studio, 1 online) to keep your practice consistent and evolving
