Located at KSK Karate, 1/23 Lacey St, Croydon Victoria, join in a weekly group Yoga, Meditation & Pilates class suitable for all levels of experience, or journey with us on a retreat! Balance out the demands of life with a grounding practice based in mindful movement and breath. We seek to quieten the mind, find peace, and journey together to great health.
